A co-production with Oberlin Opera Theater!
Our annual collaboration with the Oberlin Opera Theater for the season is a co-production of Phillip Glass' Songs from Liquid Days,
a collection of songs with lyrics by Paul Simon, Suzanne Vega, David Byrne and Laurie Anderson. Jonathon Field, Director of Oberlin Opera Theater, will direct Oberlin Opera Theater singing actors in this ground-breaking multi-media production.

About the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - Opera UpClose Performance
This Rock Hall performance will feature a pre-performance educational exhibit and information session given by the Rock Hall discussing the fusion of rock and classical music, and the divisions between what are perceived as high and low art. Discover insights about the work and learn how Phillip Glass' piece is connected to the many Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees who were involved in the creation and performance of Songs from Liquid Days.
