We fulfill our mission through accessible opera performances and programming that create opportunities to EXPERIENCE opera, to EXPLORE opera, and ENGAGE in Opera.

Through this arts and culture service to our Greater Cleveland community we:
CELEBRATE the transformative power of Opera through fully-staged productions with lush orchestra and spectacular scenic, lighting, and costumes

ADVOCATE for the future of opera by promoting the creation, and performance of new opera, and through education and engagement programing to develop audiences and artists of tomorrow

ADVANCE opera in the present with contemporary approaches to producing opera including re-imagined productions and performances in non-traditional, site-specific, and alternative venues

FEATURE artists of international renown, professional artists with roots in our community, and those who make Northeast Ohio their home
EMBRACE collaboration and foster interdisciplinary projects with other arts and community organizations, and educational and service institutions locally, regionally, and nationally
